Cheerleading Uniform Care
- Wash uniform before wearing, and allow enough time to dry.
- TURN UNIFORMS INSIDE OUT TO WASH.
- Hand wash or use the most gentle/delicate machine cycle.
- Cold water only.
- Regular detergent only - no bleach or fabric softener.
- Hang or lay flat to dry - DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not iron.
- Do not alter or label uniforms in any way. Do not remove tags.
- Absolutely NO eating or drinking in uniform - water only
- Uniforms are only to be worn on game days, competitions, or other predetermined SciCoh events.
- Uniforms are not to be loaned out to family or friends.
- Uniforms are not to be worn as Halloween costumes or as costumes in school plays, talent shows, etc.
Uniforms are property of the SciCoh program. Please treat them accordingly.

- UCA Cheer Clinic
- 9am-3pm
- Cohasset High School
- All registered cheerleaders (sideline & competition) are STRONGLY encouraged to attend!
August 7th
- Uniform Handouts
- Mites 5:30-6:30pm; Peewees 6:30-7:15pm; Midgets 7:15-8:00pm
- Masonic Lodge (rear entrance)
August 12th
- Preseason practices begin
- Practice schedules TBD by coaches
August 12th, 9am-3pm & August 13th, 9am-3pm
- Mite Competition Choreography
- Mandatory for all competition team members.
- Location: ECE Hingham
August 14th, 9am-3pm & August 15th, 9am-3pm
- Midget Competition Choreography
- Mandatory for all competition team members.
- Location: ECE Hingham
August 22nd, 12pm-6pm & August 23rd, 9am-3pm
- Peewee Competition Choreography
- Mandatory for all competition team members.
- Location: ECE Hingham
September 6th/7th
- First games
- Game schedules will be posted once they are finalized by the OCYFL
October 25th
- Cheer Essentials Spirit Spooktacular Competition
November 1st (late start time)
- CE East Coast Showdown Competition
November 8th
- CE Platinum Championship Competition

2025 SciCoh Cheer
Open to all Scituate and Cohasset residents entering grades 2-8 in September 2025.
Registration Fee - $300
Sibling Discount
We will not have a family cap this year, but we will offer discounted registration for additional siblings (10% off the registration for a 2nd child, 20% off the registration for a 3rd child, and 30% off the registration for a 4th child, etc. all based on age).
Codes for the sibling discounts are as follows:
Code 2NDSIBLING to receive 10% off 2nd registration
Code 3RDSIBLING to receive 20% off 3rd registration
Code 4THSIBLING to receive 30% off 4th registration
Payment Plan:
$100 deposit due when signing up
$100 due May 1st
$100 due June 1st
*Registration must be paid in full to receive uniforms. A valid form of payment must be on file for the payment plan. Any returned payment(s) will incur a $30 service fee.
Additional Fees
UCA Cheer Camp (all cheerleaders STRONGLY encouraged to attend) - $140 due July 12th
Competition Fee (competition teams only) - $200 due September 1st. *fundraising will be available to fully cover competition fees*
